In this role, you will become part of the Edwardian family and work within Housekeeping in Radisson Blu Edwardian Grafton

Job Role:

1. To maintain high standards of cleanliness in all the guest rooms and throughout the hotel, by practicing and enforcing our standards for health, safety and sustainability.
2. To be able to use all available information systems, to interact with customers and to understand their needs so they can better deliver to the requirements.
3. To set people up to win by ensuring that all employees have the right tools, equipment, training and development to be successful in their jobs.
4. To manage efficiently a team of room attendants, engaging and retaining them
5. To be aware of the cost factor when managing guest supplies

Job required:

• Be passionate, motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic
• To be aware of Health and Safety procedures
• To be able to use technology such as optti, Opera, MMS etc
• Demonstrates understanding of the technical service skills for the housekeeping area
• Displays excellent team working skills
• Has a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent command of the English language
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
